Tender description

Lisburn City Council require submissions for remedial work at Drumlough Amenity Site. The work entails:- Construction of stoned areas for access, parking and storage. Construction of concrete surfaced areas to amenity site and access road. Installation surface water drainage to amenity site. Installation of foul drainage to welfare unit. Modification and extension of electric supply to welfare unit. Extension of telephone line to welfare unit Modification and extension of water supply to welfare unit. Erection of fencing to entrance, perimeter of amenity site, and perimeter of diesel tank compound. Design, manufacture, and installation of prefabricated welfare unit. Installation of traffic control including barriers, filter arrows, and line marking.. Landscaping and reinstatement
