Tender for the Provision of a Dispersed, Intensively Managed Emergency (DIME) Accommodation Service for Homeless People In order to fulfil its statutory duty of securing temporary accommodation for homeless persons, the Northern Ireland Housing Executive is inviting tenders for the provision of an accommodation and intensive housing management service. Under the terms of the Contract, the Housing Executive proposes, inter alia, to enter into an operational leasing agreement in the format set out in the Tender documents with the successful service provider whereby it will lease from that service provider 70 units of dispersed intensively managed emergency accommodation (within the Belfast area demarcated on the attached map in the Tender documents) in order to provide temporary accommodation for homeless persons, and require the successful service provider to provide in relation to that accommodation intensive housing management services, as more particularly described in the Invitation to Tender.
