Newtownabbey Borough Council has identified a need to provide a focused SME Procurement Programme for 25 local businesses who can demonstrate a potential to gain public sector contracts. The objective of the programme will be to increase their ability to identify procurement opportunities and tender for contracts successfully. This programme will introduce participants to a new marketplace, in which previously they may have been unable or ill-equipped to compete in.
