Tender description
The works under this contract involve the replacement of the existing boilerhouse at Glenmore Activity Centre to include the removal of the existing installation, to allow for the installation of new gas fired boiler, gas fired water heater, pumps, pipework, insulation, new flues and new BEMS Controls Installation. Within the Building there will be complete removal of the existing plumbing pipework installation and associated cold water storage tanks, and new plumbing pipework installation to include new shower panels. Removal of existing suspended ceiling systems including tiles containing asbestos, installation of new suspended ceiling systems including associated lighting. New ventilation installation shall be installed within the main hall.
