Tender description
Clanmil Developments wish to establish a Framework for the provision of Land, Design and Build in the area of Dungannon , Northern Ireland. The Framework will consist of at least one provider with each Tenderer expected to deliver land, design team and contractor. Clanmil’s minimum expectation is that each proposal for the Provision of Land, Design and build for sites that can deliver above 10 units
