Tender description

This opportunity is for the Telecommunications Professional Services Framework, it is made up of two Lots requiring the services as detailed below; Lot 1 - Telecommunication Professional Services: Property and Telecoms Clearances, Energisation Testing, Rent reviews/Lease Renewals, Preparation of documentation for new lettings, rent reviews and renewals, Carry out inspections of telecoms equipment as required, inspect and audit to verify sites built in accordance with plans and radiating agreed radio frequency , ensure safety documentation is completed in accordance with NR Asset Protection requirements Lot 2 - Telecoms Design and Consultancy Services: Consultancy services – provide project management and technical expertise to assist with the management of the existing portfolio and the roll out of new telecoms technology, Advise on procurement and technical via Sole dedicated account manager, Construction Issue Drawings and Plans (Preparation and review of third party plans)
