Taxi Free Phones

Tender description

Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) has a requirement for free, easy to use telephones to allow patients to order taxis and private hire vehicles. The successful bidder will be expected to install and maintain the telephone lines and telephones at various Trust sites. The successful bidder will install 'free phone' telephones at designated areas within the Trust's sites. These areas are as follows: Emergency Care Centre Accident & Emergency Out Patients Department ENT Department Jubilee Wing Bensham Hospital Maternity Department Peter Smith Surgery Centre Women's Health Clinic QE Metro Riverside (Metro Riverside Park, NE11 9DJ) All communications including queries from bidders and amendments of this procurement exercise shall be submitted through and published via the online messaging facility provided on the NHS Sourcing portal (see “Messages” section). The onus is on the bidder to read and keep up to date with all the information published on the NHS Sourcing portal in relation to this requirement.
