Tender description
The Housing Executive invites tenders for the provision of the reinstatement valuations of the Housing Executive’s Offices / Hostels for the Homeless / Maintenance Stores / Neighbourhood Centres / Multi-storey and Deck Access Flats / Leased Hostel. These valuations will be used to facilitate the provision of insurances for these buildings. Re-instatement is considered as securing, demolition, site clearance, rebuilding and any associated fees.
