Tender description
The Northern Ireland Housing Executive invites tenders from surveyors with general practice surveying experience and currently listed on the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ Valuers Registration Scheme for the provision of the valuation of the Housing Executive’s Hostels, Travellers’ Sites, Commercial Property, Offices and Depots for the Year End Financial Accounts for the year end 31 March 2015. The Housing Executive further requires the successful service provider to supply property asset indices and ad-hoc valuations to cover the four financial years 31 March 2016 to 31 March 2019.
