The Housing Executive wishes to appoint a suitable service provider who has experience in assisting organisations to deliver significant business improvements in a housing or housing related environment. The specific assignment will involve: - identifying a suitable recognised systems thinking business improvement methodology to meet the needs of the Housing Executive - structured facilitation of the Housing Executive’s internal resources (both at senior executive and business improvement staff levels) in the application of recognised systems thinking business improvement methodologies to all aspects of the Housing Executive’s customer journey (from housing application to tenancy cessation) through the conduct of reviews in 2 of the Housing Executive’s business outlets - provide the organisation’s in-house business improvement resources with the necessary knowledge, skills and techniques to conduct the review and redesign of the wider organisation and accredit these individuals as business improvement experts - the reaccreditation of these in-house experts at key milestones through the transformation programme
