T1200 - Consultancy Assignment for Recruitment of Directors for NIHE

The Northern Ireland Housing Executive requests tenders from agencies to help in it's search for two new Director posts, a Director of Asset Management and a Director of Corporate Services. It is recognized that filling these posts at a time of considerable organizational change, with the prospect of the Housing Executive being replaced by new organisations, some potentially out with the public sector, will pose a challenge. Given current pressures in respect of asset management/contract management we are particularly concerned to ensure that we attract qualified and experienced applicants to the post of Director of Asset Management. As a result the following assistance is being sought: Director of Asset Management: • The identification of suitably qualified and experienced personnel, in the market place, in line with the agreed specification • Contact to be made with those identified with the aim of encouraging them to apply for the vacancy • The development and implementation of a bespoke assessment centre for the post • The provision of expert advice through the interview process Director of Corporate Services • The development and implementation of a bespoke assessment centre for the post. • The provision of expert advice through the interview process. The recruitment process will be in line with agreed organisational procedures.
