Tender description

The Housing Executive invites tenders from suitably qualified surveyors with appropriate general practice surveying experience and currently listed on the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ Valuers Registration List for the provision of a high quality valuation of the Housing Executive’s Housing Stock and Land Holdings for the Year end Financial Accounts. Please note that this requirement has been divided into two Lots: Lot One – Valuation of Housing Executive Housing Stock Lot Two – Valuation of Housing Executive Land Holdings Tenderers may bid for one or both Lots.
