Tender description

The Northern Ireland Housing Executive wishes to commission a suitably experienced and qualified Insurance Company / Claims Handling Service Company / Claims Negotiators or Loss Adjusters to provide a Claims Handling and Validation Service. The overall aim of the service is to provide an effective and efficient desktop claims handling service which will avoid legal costs by negotiating equitable settlements in public liability claims in which the Housing Executive would, on the balance of probabilities, have a liability. The validation service’s aim would be to ensure an inventory of items that may be contaminated by asbestos which will provide a basis to negotiate an equitable settlement should a claim arise.
