Tender description

As Home Energy Conservation Authority for Northern Ireland, the Housing Executive has to identify measures which it considers practicable, cost-effective and likely to result in a significant improvement in the energy efficiency of residential accommodation. The guidance to the legislation states that energy conservation measures include information, advice, and education, promotion, making grants and loans and carrying out works.
