The Housing Executive invites tenders from qualified accredited Domestic (DEA’s) and Non-Domestic Energy Assessors (NDEA’s) for the provision of: • An energy performance survey service applicable where tenants apply to purchase their dwelling under the House Sales Scheme for properties for which a valid EPC does not exist. • An energy performance survey service applicable for the sale of vacant dwellings for properties for which a valid EPC does not exist. • An energy performance survey service applicable for the letting and re-letting of commercial premises not exceeding 500sq metres gross internal floor space for which a valid EPC does not exist.
