The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) wishes to commission a suitably experienced research company/university to provide 2011 House Condition Survey Data Modelling which will produce an update of Government measures comparable with the English Housing Survey and consistent with previous Northern Ireland House Condition Surveys.
