T0340 Update of Departures Manual

Tender description

The Departures manual is the cornerstone of the new process and system (DAS 3.0) that has been developed over the past four and half years. New methods and features have been identified under the TSES project, so an update of the manual is required. Note this task will provide the necessary specialist technical knowledge and update of the manual Over the last six months, we have had a long list of back log items for changes to the Departure Manual based on queries & feedback from users. The enhancement to the software in DAS 3.0 is also an important driver as any changes to the database from June 2022 onwards needs to be reflected within the Departures Manual. This task is a follow-on task to many commissions already completed between 2018 and March 2022 financial years by the incumbent consultant.
