Tender description

Donegal County Council (the Council) invites applications for a licence to use Donegal County Council infrastructure at Rathmullan and Buncrana harbours respectively for the provision of a ferry service between both locations. The contract on offer will be for an initial one season period with the option to extend the contract on a year by year basis to a maximum of five years based on a review after each year and agreement being reached between both parties. Interested service providers are asked to indicate the level of subvention required to provide the following service: Type: Vehicle / Passenger Ferry. Period: Minimum operating period: July-August (preferred sailing time[s] late evening, particularly at the week-ends). Option 1: 50 Days Minimum. Option 2:` 84 Days Minimum. Every effort has been made to ensure that all the information required to submit an application is contained in this documentation.
