Tender description

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SABP) requires a Contractor to supply and deliver 6mm wood pellets, the wood pellets must meet cents5/ENPlus standards ,or similar. The pellets will be used to fuel the three Giles 175w biomass boilers at two delivery locations on a single site in Chertsey, Surrey. The wood pellets are to be delivered using a blown system. The Trust requires approx 200 metric tonnes per annum which equates to 12 tonnes every 2-3 weeks in peak season and during off peak months delivery may be required monthly. The deliveries will be monitored to ensure constant supply over the contract term. The contract term will be for two years with the option to extend for twelve months at the Trusts discretion.
