Tender description

Network Rail wishes to enter into Framework Contracts with a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 2 suitably experienced suppliers for the Supply of Water and Wastewater Retail Services. The requirements are split as follows: Lot 1 - Scotland Lot 2 - England The awarded Suppliers must hold and maintain valid water supply and sewerage licences for the duration of the Framework Contracts and must comply with all legislation and regulation in Scotland and England. Core Requirements: - Water and Wastewater - Trade Effluent - Meter Services - Water consumption management - Benchmarking - Consolidated invoicing - Account Management - Customer Services team - Management information reporting - Data Management (CMOS and CMA) - Key Performance Indicators Non-Core Requirements: - Emergency contingency planning for high risk sites - Leak detection and repair services - Automated Reading Meters - Bill Validation - Surface water drainage mapping - Sale of water from Network Rail properties - Wastewater efficiency options - Carbon emission reduction - Infrastructure and consumption mapping
