Supply of Projectors and Ancillary Equipment for The Guildhall School for Music

Tender description

The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of Supply of Projectors, Lenses and Ancillary Equipment, together with maintenance services (for such goods) for The Guildhall School for Music & Drama. The Guildhall School for Music & Drama (GSMD) are looking to purchase a number of large and small format projectors. The purpose of this purchase is to acquire the technical infrastructure necessary to deliver on a number of multimedia live events/installation projects. These projects range in duration from single day through to short, medium and long-term exhibitions lasting several months. GSMD’s aim is to work with the School to deliver a wider range of outdoor projection events. GSMD need to increase the amount of internal stock and reduce the burden of renting the relevant equipment. The GSMD client base will range across all sectors from architectural video projection, staged performance, live music and gallery events. The duration of the Framework Agreement for the supply of projector units, lenses and ancillary equipment as indicated in the Specification (Schedule 3) shall be a core period of two (2) years; this includes the provision of purchasing additional projector units, lenses and ancillary equipment. In addition, the Authority reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend this Framework Agreement up to two (2) further years in annual increments. As a result, the estimated total contract value for the Framework Agreement is approximately £500,000 across a four (4) year period.
