Supply of Plumbing Services for Mid and East Antrim Borough Council

Tender description

Tenders are invited for the supply of plumbing services, for maintenance and repairs of all hot and cold water systems and heating pipe work in Mid and East Antrim Borough Council buildings. Mid and East Antrim Borough Council (MEA) comprises the areas of Ballymena, Carrickfergus and Larne. This contract will be managed by the Assets and Facilities Maintenance within MEA, which is responsible for the asset management and maintenance of the buildings that fall under MEA’s remit. The current building list relating to this contract is in Appendix A of this document, but this is subject to change, the successful tenderer will be notified of any changes.
