Supply of Natural Gas to Public Sector Buildings in Northern Ireland

Property Management Branch (PMB), Energy Unit (EU), is a branch within Properties Division and under the Authority of the Department of Finance and Personnel (NI). The Energy Unit, in conjunction with Central Procurement Directorate Supplies and Services Division, have been commissioned to tender the Supply of Natural Gas on behalf of various Government Departments and other non Department public bodies. Further details of these clients can be found on the following websites :- www.nidirect.gov.uk/index/contacts/government-departments-in-northern-ireland www.northernireland.gov.uk/az2.htm www.nihe.gov.uk/index.htm www.bbc.co.uk The contract shall be awarded in 3 discrete lots:- • Lot 1 shall comprise buildings within the Properties Division estate that are supplied under Industrial and Commercial tariffs in the Greater Belfast licensed supply area • Lot 2 shall comprise buildings within the wider public sector estate that are supplied under Industrial and Commercial tariffs in the Greater Belfast licensed supply area • Lot 3 shall comprise buildings in both the Greater Belfast and Ten Towns licensed supply areas, for which annual consumption is greater than 732,000kWh and currently supplied on a variety of contract arrangements.
