Supply of Natural Gas to Public Sector Buildings

Tender description

CPD on behalf of the Energy Unit invite tenders for the supply of Natural Gas to all buildings with the existing Greater Belfast, Lisburn and Larne licensed supply area and the Ten Towns licensed supply area. The contract will be awarded in Lots, which have been arranged where possible according to similar load profiles and tariff codes. Contractors can therefore submit costs for all of the Lots or individual Lots by completing the pricing template for every building within the specific Lot. The Breakdown of Lots is detailed below: • Lot 1 – IC1 & IC2 Belfast; • Lot 2 – IC1 & IC2 Ten Towns; • Lot 3 – Contract with fixed Price Gas Commodity charge; and • Lot 4 – Contract with variable Gas Commodity charge This procurement exercise involves collaboration across all NICS departments, NDPBs, FECs, PSNI and NI Water and is open to all bodies covered by the NI Public Procurement Policy (NIPPP). http://www.dfpni.gov.uk/index/procurement-2/cpd/cpd-policy-and-legislation/ni-pp-policy/cpd-list-of-bodies-public-procurement-policy-applies.htm.
