Supply of Natural Gas to Carrickfergus,Larne, and Ballymena Councils

Carrickfergus,Larne and Ballymena Borough Councils invites suppliers to respond to this invitation to tenderdocument for the suppy of natural gas on a firm basis ontract for the period 1st June 2014-31st March 2015 with the option to renew for a further year subject to saisfactory performance. The successful tender company must accept to enter into separate contracts- one with each of the 3 Councils involved until 31st March 2015. Please note; Post 31st March 2015, the 3 Councils listed in this tender will cease to exist and willmerge to become one Super Council named Mid and East Antrim Council . It is anticipated requirement will change and be defined allowing for tender issue for the new Authority pre March 2015 therefore no guarantee of extension can be offered. In the event of an extension being required, any such extension will be contracted under the new authority name. Should the authority not be in a position to tender pre March 2015 an extension will be offered or existing contract terms, please refer to section entitled RPA.
