Property Management Branch (PMB), Energy Unit, is a branch within Properties Division (PD) and under the authority of the Department of Finance and Personnel (NI). The main role of the Energy Unit is to provide a holistic range of energy management services and advice to various Government Departments and other Public Bodies. The Energy Unit , in conjunction with Central Procurement Directorate Supplies and Services Division, have been commissioned to tender the Supply of Electricity on behalf various Government Departments and a number other non departmental public bodies. To ensure best value for money for individual clients, this contract will be awarded in Lots according to respective clients and their supply capacity.
