Supply & Maintenance of an Unattended CCTV Enforcement System

Tender description

Parking and enforcement plays a critical part to deliver the London Borough of Hillingdon's Parking Policy by seeking to reduce congestion, increase compliance and reducing dangerous driving. Therefore, it's imperative that an unattended CCTV enforcement system that underpins the London Borough of Hillingdon is reliable, fully operational and where maintenance and support is required that it is responsive to remedy the issues effectively. The London Borough of Hillingdon views public transport and school keep clear enforcement as an integral part of reducing congestion and ensuring high levels of road safety. Therefore the Council wishes to contract with a suitable and highly qualified contractor to provide the supply and maintenance service for an unattended enforcement system for public transport areas and school keep clear restrictions. The Council requirement is for the; Lot 1 - Hire of unattended camera enforcement systems for public transport areas and school keep clear restrictions Lot 2 - Purchase of unattended camera enforcement systems for public transport areas and school keep clear restrictions. The London Borough of Hillingdon retains the right to award some, all or none of the Lots described within the 2 (two) Lots). Suppliers must clearly indicate which Lot they wish to tender for. All suppliers must complete the Qualification & Technical Envelopes regardless of the number of Lots they choose to bid for. All suppliers should complete the Commercial Envelope for the Lot(s) they are bidding for.
