Tender description

The University seeks to establish an efficient approach to the procurement of audio-visual technologies and associated services. The intended outcome of the procurement process will be the establishment of a “3 year” tender arrangement based on a “1+1+1” model that has universal acceptability within the University and with a suitable supplier. We seek to streamline procurement activities within Faculties as well as providing improved leverage in terms of pricing of goods and support services. The continuance of this arrangement will be subject to satisfactory performance of the selected supplier and their ability to continue to supply equipment and services in line with present and future requirements. Emphasis is on the selection of a competent, experienced company in the field of audio-visual solutions with access to a professional team of technical support and installation staff.
