New UPS for Server Room at Queens Medical Centre, Derby Road, Nottingham with option to buy back at later date or migrate to a new NUH location. 2 x UPS rated at 50kva in parallel to deliver resilient redundant power to each rack. 2 x Maintenance bypass switches Your bid should include Delivery, Commissioning, Battery Build and Removal and Safe Disposal as separate items. We also need to purchase a UPS solution for “WE3” and Curie Court including all the professional services in order to get them in and working. We would welcome any bidder to review our requirements and where appropriate make suggestions that can either save money or add extra benefit. We need a minimum of 30 minutes run time so that we can perform a controlled switch off of equipment supported by the UPS’s in a complete power outage. Support New UPSs at Server Room, QMC from 1 October 2012 to 31 July 2014 New UPSs at WE3 and Curie Court from 1 October 2012 to 31 July 2014 Existing UPSs at Server Room, City Hospital Campus from 1 July 2013 to 31 July 2014 Existing UPSs for Network Hubs at both the above sites from 1 April 2013 to 31 July 2014 Extension Option of 2 x 1 years to 31 July 2016 to include: • Existing UPSs for Switchboard Consoles from 1 August 2014 to 31 July 2016 Our Required Support Service Levels are: Yearly maintenance and emergency service programme offering: 4 hour response to call-outs for >40kVA UPS 8 hour response to call-outs for <39kVA UPS 24-hour access to Service Helpdesk Annual maintenance visit - to check all UPS parameters and test batteries, during normal working hours.
