Translink, comprising of Northern Ireland Railways, Metro, and Ulsterbus is the all-embracing title for the integrated public transport operations in Northern Ireland, otherwise known as the contracting Authority Translink wishes to establish a select list of suitably qualified and competent contractor(s) to provide a range of Strategic Advisory services to the Translink Group Strategic Advisory services include, but are not limited to the following Professional Services – including support for the development of strategy, developing scheme proposals and the identification and utilisation of various methods to consult with stakeholder groups. Preparation of quantitative /qualitative research and projects/reports Professional Transport, Technical, Policy and Operational advice Post – Implementation Evaluation- including support for the evaluation of the impact of public transport schemes, programmes, initiatives and services Transport/Accessibility/Scheduling planning, Design and Reviews Transport safety audits and drivers’ hour’s audits Fleet Disposal Benchmarking activities
