BSUH NHS Trust currently contracts their Soft FM services for their various sites across a range of providers.Some of the services are currently delivered by in-house teams. The range of Soft FM services included in thisprocurement are integral to the high quality, safe and effective running of the Trust in order to deliver the bestclinical services to patients. This procurement looks to contract the Soft FM services to one provider who willdeliver these services across all the sites of BSUH NHS Trust. The key objectives of this procurement are as follows: — deliver a single, Trust Wide, Soft FM service which is cost effective and standardises the service deliverymethods and the quality, — to provide high quality Soft FM services for BSUH NHS Trust that meets all of the most up-to-date NHSGuidance and Legislation, — to deliver affordable and Value for Money (VfM) Soft FM services.
