Tender description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is seeking to procure and award a Concession Contract to utilise Royal Borough owned street furniture assets including street lighting as set out in Appendix A Asset Register Schedules for the deployment of Small Cell Equipment to support the enhancement of localised mobile coverage within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and to enable the future delivery of commercial services associated with future Smart City Machine to Machine Connectivity and Initiatives. The Contract will commence on or around 1 May 2018 for a fixed term of 10 years with provision for the Authority, at its absolute discretion, to extend the Contract Period on the same terms for a further period of up to 60 months (5 years). making a total possible contract period of 15 years.
