Tender description

Applications are invited from Contractors who wish to be considered for inclusion on a Select List of Contractors to be invited to tender for the following project: Refurbishment & Extension of Sloan’s House, 84-86 Main Street, Loughgall, Co Armagh, to create a Museum / Interpretative Centre for Grand Orange Lodge of Ireland. Contract Reference: NEC 3 B Project No: GOLI-SLH-001 Contract period of 12 months is programmed to commence in September 2013. The estimated cost is £880,000 excluding VAT. A random selection process will be used to select 10 contractors, who will be invited to submit a PQQ, based on this, 6 will be selected to tender for the project. Contractors interested in tendering for the above contract should register their interest via letter or email to Harry McConnell, RPP Architects Ltd, 155-157 Donegall Pass, BELFAST BT7 1DT and info@rpparchitects.co.uk, quoting the relevant Project No (GOLI-SLH-001) and include documentation as detailed below. • Constructionline Registration, • A valid 3rd party certification of their health & safety management system satisfying the requirements of the BuildsafeNI initiative; and • A valid health and safety competence assessment certificate issued by an organisation that is a member of the SSIP Forum.
