Tender description
The BBC is proposing to trial a new payment scheme within TV Licensing, with the intention of allowing simple and flexible payment plans for those facing difficulty in paying the licence fee. We are therefore seeking the provision of collection and administration services for the new payment plan trial, the “Simple Payment Plan”. We are looking for a supplier to be able to offer a full end to end service for a trial group of approximately 200,000 customers in total. The Service Provider will not be required to recruit new customers to the trial, but will manage the customer end to end once they have signed up to the trial.
