Tender description
SIB wish to apppoint a service provider to complete a Strategic Business Review of AFBI. The review will consider, in the context of AFBI’s vision and purpose, the leadership and organisational structures and culture, the cost base and the most appropriate operating models for the institute. It will also consider the potential for maintaining and increasing non-GIA income (including a more strategic and targeted pursuit of research income) and for forming private sector partnerships, and “spin-out companies”.
