Tender description
The Strategic Investment Board Ltd (SIB) has been asked by the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure (DCAL) and The Odyssey Trust Company Limited (OTC) to support an independent review to help clarify what a 21st Century Science Centre should look like, in line with the original and current expectations for a Science Centre in the Odyssey Millennium project. The Review will benchmark whether the Science Centre at the Odyssey remains in line with expectations and within a financially sustainable business model. It will also consider how it should now fit within the DCAL family and the Odyssey Complex.
