DETI now wishes to undertake a Scoping Study to identify what the concept of a ‘media hub’ or ‘creative campus’ in Belfast might mean in practice: there may subsequently be a second stage joint feasibility project in partnership with the BBC, contingent on the outcome of the initial piece of advice.
