Tender description
The Asset Management Unit (AMU) provides expert advice to departments on all matters relating to the management of their assets. This ranges from assistance with the preparation and delivery of Asset Management Plans, the development of a comprehensive asset register and the disposal of surplus assets. To aide this advisory service, AMU wishes to appoint a commercial property consultant. AMU will oversee the progress of the consultants and act as the project director in receiving regular updates on individual assignments. AMU will also act in a co-ordination role in reporting progress to departments.
