Tender description
AHDB require a supplier for the provision of stand build, graphic design and associated services for SIA, an annual event in February located at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. AHDB are looking for a supplier to provide stand design and build, stand graphic design and production, audio-visual and equipment hire for this event. The scope of this procurement does not include exhibition space as this not open to competition. Suppliers must show understanding of the task, whilst showing innovation, creativity, and the ability to liaise with other suppliers; proposals must be cost effective. Suppliers must be fluent in French. Proposals must be submitted in English. The contract is to cover SIA 2020 with the option to extend for 2021 and 2022 IF required. The budget spend for 2020 is to be no more than 108,000 EUROS
