SHSCT - Works to Garages and External Stores at Bocombra Lodge Portadown

Tender description

A Building Contractor is required to undertake conversion of 2no existing garages into therapy rooms and 2no existing external stores into offices. Works to include the dry-lining of walls, provision of new ceilings, doors and windows and internal fit out including mechanical and electrical installations. In addition the Southern Health & Social Care Trust seeks to compile lists of Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to undertake the associated Mechanical and Electrical Services Installations. The Building Contractor [Main Contractor] will only be permitted to enter into Domestic Sub - Contract arrangements with Mechanical and Electrical Contractors named on these lists.
