Tender description

An Electrical Services Contractor [Main Contractor] is required to provide a centralised switchboard service from Craigavon area hospital incorporating services from St Luke's Hospital Armagh and South Tyrone Hospital. Electrical works to include the relocation of fire alarm panels, medical gas alarm panels, security alarm panels, general alarm controls, centralisation of calls, upgrading of telephone consoles and general power and lighting. General building works associated with the refurbishment of switchboard room at Craigavon Area Hospital In addition the Southern Health & Social Care Trust seeks to compile a list Building Contractors to undertake the associated building works domestic sub-contract. The Main Contractor will only be permitted to enter into Domestic Sub - Contract arrangements with Building Contractors named on the list.
