Tender description

A Mechanical Services Contractor [Main Contractor] is required to undertake the replacement of existing boiler plant and associated works at the Crozier House and Skeogh House Care Homes. In addition the Health & Social Care Trust seeks to compile lists of Building and Electrical Contractors to undertake the associated Building and Electrical Works. The Mechanical Services Contractor [Main Contractor] will only be permitted to enter into Domestic Sub - Contract arrangements with Building or Electrical Contractors named on these lists.
