Tender description

The project comprises the renovation of a former Residential Care facility (Villa 2 at St Luke’s Hospital, Armagh) to create a Records Storage facility. The work will involve demolition and strip-out of internal walls and ceilings and structural alterations put in place. Once the new structural work has been completed the building will undergo general refurbishment. The scheme shall include general building works, mechanical installation and electrical installation. The contract period is estimated at 12 weeks.
