Tender description

The Project shall comprise the general refurbishment and reconfiguration of former ward accommodation at Ward 1 Medical, Ramone Building, Craigavon Area Hospital to provide suitable accommodation for outpatient services which are being decanted from the main outpatients department. The scheme shall include general building works, mechanical installation and electrical installation. The Contract Period will be 12 weeks.
