Tender description

A Building Contractor is required to undertake refurbishment of Accident & Emergency Department at Daisy Hill Hospital, Newry Works will involve the alteration and upgrade of the existing A&E department. The department is to remain in operation during the contract period and will require the work to be carried out in a phased manner. In addition the Southern Health & Social Care Trust seeks to compile lists of Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to undertake alterations and upgrade of the associated Mechanical and Electrical Services Installations. The Building Contractor [Main Contractor] will only be permitted to enter into Domestic Sub - Contract arrangements with Mechanical and Electrical Contractors named on these lists.
