Tender description

A Building Contractor is required to undertake alterations and refurbishment of existing clinic facility to provide new clinic facilities. The works will include alterations to existing services installations. In addition the Southern Health & Social Care Trust seeks to compile lists of Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to undertake alterations to the associated Mechanical and Electrical Services Installations. The Building Contractor [Main Contractor] will only be permitted to enter into Domestic Sub - Contract arrangements with Mechanical and Electrical Contractors named on these lists.
