SHSCT – Refurb Maternity/Gynae Outpatients dept & Hysteroscopy DHH

Tender description

A Building Contractor is required to undertake refurbishment of Maternity/Gynaecology Outpatients ward and Hysteroscopy unit at Daisy Hill Hospital. In addition the Southern Health & Social Care Trust seeks to compile lists of Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to undertake Mechanical and Electrical Services works which will include piped medical gas installations, ventilation, general power and lighting installations. The Building Contractor [Main Contractor] will only be permitted to enter into Domestic Sub - Contract arrangements with Mechanical and Electrical Contractors named on these lists.
