Tender description
The Contract is for the provision of design consultancy services as follows: Professional team comprising of (Lead) Architect or Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical & Electrical Engineer and CDM Co-ordinator. This team will be responsible for the overall management of multiple minor works projects ranging in value from £2k to a maximum of £30k.
