Tender description
A Building Contractor is required to undertake works to include a 3 storey extension to front of Hospital, incorporating a fire evacuation lift, staircase and entrance lobby In addition the Southern Health & Social Care Trust seeks to compile lists of Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to undertake the associated Mechanical and Electrical Installations. The Building Contractor [Main Contractor] will only be permitted to enter into Domestic Sub - Contract arrangements with Mechanical and Electrical Contractors named on these lists.
