SHSCT - Phased replacement of obsolete bedhead services CAH

Tender description

An Electrical Services Main Contractor is required to undertake the Replacement of all obsolete electrical bedhead Services together with replacement medical gases terminal units and associated infrastructure upgrades. In addition the Health & Social Care Trust seeks to compile a list of Building Contractors to undertake the associated Building Works and a list of Mechanical Contractors to undertake the associated Mechanical Works. The Electrical Services [Main Contractor] will only be permitted to enter into a Domestic Sub - Contract arrangements with Building Contractor and Mechanical Services Contractors named on the list.
